Terms & Conditions

1. You must hold the correct licence (provisional for learner drivers)

2. Be able to read (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary) a car number plate made after 1st September 2001 from 20 metres (about 5 car lengths)

3. All payments must be made on or before day of lesson.

4. At least 24hrs notice of cancellation must be given in order to avoid the length of planned lesson being charged.

5. Any refund requests on block bookings must be made within 6 months of the last lesson taken.

6. Any block booking lessons not used within 12 months of last lesson will be lost.

7. Block booking refunds would be as follows as an example: pupil buys 10hrs at £360, then can´t complete the 10hrs and seeks a refund on the remaining hours once they have taken 7hrs so 3hrs is requested for refund.
The 7hrs taken would then be charged at the normal lesson rate of £38 per hr so 7x£38=£266, pupil has paid £360 so refund is £94 (providing paragraph 5 has been met)

8. We reserve the right to withhold the driving school car for the driving test if in the instructors opinion your driving is either serious/dangerous to other road users, therefore would result in a test failure.

9. If you have any complaints, you must first of all try to resolve it first with your driving instructor.
